MEET THE FOUNDERS
International, Ballroom and Latin Dance Instructor-Teacher
Vladimir dedicated most of his life to the discipline of dance. He had 14 years of successful professional career in Ballroom dancing. But unfortunately, outside the dance life, Vladimir never took care of his spinal health. Due to this irresponsibility and huge training load, Vladimir started to suffer a lot from back problems. However he knew that Ballroom dancing is very beneficial for health. After some time he realised that without basic knowledge of spinal health and body alignment, dancing won’t give full range of benefits. And that’s how Vladimir started his exciting journey in finding a system or method to develop a healthier spine….

Doctor of Chiropractic
Running one of the busiest chiropractic clinics in Europe Vasily was always looking for new ways of spinal rehabilitation which are easy and fun. He realised that people who dance regularly rarely suffer with back pain or other spine associated problems. Human body is designed to move and enhancing this ability enhances health. Joints wear and tear much faster when the mobility is limited. Chiropractors help people to restore the flexibility and the strength of their spine and joints. That makes dance beneficial to spinal health and general health. Chiropractors recommend stretches and exercises but it is sometimes hard to make people follow the recommendations. Dance routines are much more exciting and entertaining and people gladly agree to dance to get better.
