The exercises/dance moves of Spinedango should not be performed while you experience pain or discomfort.
Please discontinue the exercise if you experience pain or discomfort during or after Spinedango training.
Spinedango is not intended to replace your medical treatment, and it is generally advised to start Spinedango after your pain has diminished to an acceptable level, and only if your treating physician (Medical doctor, Chiropractor, Osteopath) have agreed that you are ready for such Training.
All exercises you choose to perform are performed at your own risk. These Videos are for educational purposes only and we hold no responsibility for any trauma or loss of function resulted from these video recommendations.
You must consult your physician or other health care professional (chiropractor, osteopath, Physiotherapist) before starting Spinedango program to determine if it is right for your needs.
This is particularly true if you have a history of high blood pressure or heart disease, or if it runs in your family. If you have ever experienced chest pain when exercising or have experienced chest pain in the past month when not engaged in physical activity.
If you smoke, have high cholesterol, if you are overweight, or have a bone or joint problem that could be made worse by a change in physical activity, you need to consult your doctor first. Do not start this Spinedango program if your physician or health care provider advises against it.
If you experience faintness, dizziness, pain or shortness of breath at any time while exercising you should stop immediately.

Spinedango system of exercise offers health and fitness advice and is designed for educational purposes only. You should not rely on this information to substitute or replace, professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

The Personal Data We Process and What We Do with It
We record and use the following categories of personal data which may include: name, company name, address, telephone numbers, email address and fax number.

We only share your personal data with your explicit consent, where, for example we need to contact a third party and give them your contact details in order to resolve a technical issue. Where third parties are used by us to store your personal data, we ensure they are compliant with the data protection law and any such data is not stored outside of the EU.
Retaining Your Personal Data
Whilst you are a client of us we will continue to store and use your personal data. If you are a business we will retain your personal data for a period no greater than 10 years from the date of the last invoice.
For home users we will retain your personal data for a period no greater than 5 years from the date of the last invoice. Limited information will be retained within our accounts systems indefinitely to maintain the integrity of the data.
